• Something's broken. A link that won't download, a page that looks wrong, an error message that doesn't make sense — send it over, ideally with the tweet link and your device/browser, so we can reproduce it.
• Feature ideas. Missing a tool you wish hhhtwi had? Tell us — the GIF downloader and the photo downloader both started as user requests.
• Copyright complaints. If you're a rights holder and believe hhhtwi is being used to infringe your content, include the links concerned and proof of your rights. See our Terms of Service for details. Valid complaints are handled promptly.

What we can't help with

hhhtwi is not affiliated with Twitter (X), so we can't help with Twitter account issues — suspensions, logins, lost accounts, or removing posts from Twitter itself. For those, contact Twitter's (X's) own support.
